Ranking system
To progress thru the ranks of the IJA you must prove yourself in battle. Everyone will start as a 2nd Class Private. Everyone. To advance in rank you must either be nominated for a promotion or the Squad Leader will promote you. The final say for promotions goes to the Squad leader. For the squad leader to advance there must be a vote. I hope this isn't too confusing. We will follow the ranks of the actual IJA system pictured above.

Behavior
In the IJA we shall strive to reenact a soldiers life in the Japanese Military. When a superior officer tells you to do something, you do it. You must address your supirior as 'Sir'. Any form of disobediance will be considered a dishonor. dishonor can only be cleansed by seppuku. Due to the fact that we are reenacting the Japanese military you must be ready at all times to give your life in battle. Once the new patch comes out the Axis Light rifle will possibly be equiped with a bayonet. As you know the japanese were famous for their banzai bayonet charges, which we shall do. Until then we will, if the battle calls for it, have knife charges. The key is to have fun because after all it is only a game. But we should do it in a way that impesses other clans.

Public Presentation

When you join IJA you will be asked to choose a name, a Japanese name. I'm sorry but uberl337@$, yurmom, and lord_of_death are not japanese names. If you can't pick a Japanese name, or if you pick a stupid one, we will assign you a name. When playing your handle will look like this:
[IJA]rankname. For example. 2nd class Private Kenshin Himura would look like this:
[IJA]2ndPvt.Himura
when you play under the [IJA] handle you must NOT be an ass. We are just starting up and we dont need bad publicity.
Call your Commanding Officer Sir. Treat your Higher up with respect. Speak intelligably (no l337 speak, slang, cursing) Do not insult other players or classes (ex: snipers in this level are gay)Follow orders. Don't talk back to a Commanding Officer

Punishment

Punishment for a breach in rules will be decided by the highest officer in a given game. the punishment can range anywhere from a verbal discipline to dropping rank to being dis-honorably discharged.

Rules of War

NO spawncamping, spawn nading, or any other lame crap.
NO trash talk.
NO revenge if someone TK's you
Knifing is encouraged.
